DELIVERY
The delivery of orders in Italy takes place on average within 2/3 working days, in international countries between 2 days and 15 days. Delays may occur during holidays. For areas or islands, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 working days.
Brubaker Store will not be responsible for any dysfunction in the delivery service of couriers. For this reason, upon delivery of the package, the customer is strongly required to verify that:
The packaging is intact and therefore there are no damages;
The sender of the shipment is Brubaker Store s.r.l.
If the package is damaged or does not meet the standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package from the courier and / or sign the receipt with reserve by contacting customer service as soon as possible to assistenza@brubakerstore.it
Any complaint regarding damage, missing, or delivery to the wrong address must be received by brubakerstore.it within a maximum of 15 days from the date of delivery resulting on the site of the courier, otherwise it can not be accepted.
Brubaker Store s.r.l is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or delays due to force majeure.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer a free same-day local delivery service within a 5 km radius of our physical store, for orders placed before 4:00 pm. From the time of order, delivery will be made within 3 hours taking care to respect the opening hours of the store. Local delivery is available from Monday to Friday and provides a single attempt, after which there is a withdrawal in store.
WITHDRAWAL IN STORE
You can pick up your order free of charge at our physical store in Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will notify you by email when your order is ready. To pick up your order on Saturday you will need to place it by 18:00 on Friday.
TRACKING
When the order will be shipped, Brubaker Store will send an e-mail with the tracking code and a link from which you can follow the progress of the shipment.
RETURN
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery, remember to include in the package the sales receipt.
You can decide whether to get a refund on the method of payment made, receive a voucher to spend in the online store or get a size change. To start the procedure of the return we invite you to fill out the following form (click here).
The free return is guaranteed on the national territory, only on requests for size change or issue of a coupon, for all other requests the shipping costs are charged to the customer. In the case of a return with refund, the shipping of the return will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the value of the refund itself.
Apply the waybill of return that you find in the package, if it should not be present you will receive a link through which you can book the withdrawal.
For purchases made outside the national territory the shipment of return is paid. To make the return is sufficient to send the item to:

Once we receive the package in our warehouse and verified that it is intact and that there are no signs of wear from use, we will make the refund through the method of payment with which the order was made.
If you have chosen the option to change size or receive a voucher to spend, we will send the voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
