We accept the following payment methods:
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. The total will be charged to your card at the time of purchase.
PayPal: Easily shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Bank Transfer
You can return any item purchased from Brubaker within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURN
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery (a single return may be made for each purchase); remember to place the sales receipt inside the package.

Returns are guaranteed only if the product is still in its original packaging and has all the tags/labels from the manufacturer.
You can choose whether to receive a refund through the payment method used, receive a voucher to spend in the online store, or request a size change.
Free returns are guaranteed only within the country, for requests to change the size or receive a coupon voucher.
PFor requests for a refund to the original payment method for orders placed in Italy, shipping costs (€7.00) are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For size change requests and refunds to the original payment method for orders placed outside the country, shipping costs (which vary depending on the country of residence) are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For orders placed in Italy, if, following a return request for a size change or a refund issued via coupon code, the customer decides to request an additional return for a refund to the original payment method, both the €7.00 return shipping cost for the previous return and the €7.00 cost of the new return shipment will be deducted from the refund (for a total of €14.00).
For purchases made outside the country, return shipping is charged and equals the total shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Once we have received the package at our warehouse and verified that it is intact and shows no signs of wear from use, we will issue the refund through the payment method used to place the order.
N.B. Issuing a refund to the original payment method may take up to 10-14 business days.
If you have selected the option to change the size or receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will ship the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
The coupon vouchers issued are valid and can be used exclusively on the online store.

For all other countries, the shipping fee will be calculated directly at checkout.
DELIVERY
Orders in Italy are delivered on average within 2/3 working days, and to international countries within 2 to 15 days. Delays may occur during holidays. For remote areas or islands, delivery may be delayed by a maximum of 7 working days.
Brubaker Store will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the couriers' delivery service. Therefore, upon delivery of the package, the customer is strongly advised to check that:
If the package appears damaged or does not meet the standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package from the courier and/or to sign for receipt with reservation, contacting customer service as soon as possible at the address assistenza@brubakerstore.it
Any complaint regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must reach brubakerstore.it within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website; otherwise, it cannot be accepted.
Brubaker Store s.r.l. is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures and checks or delays caused by force majeure.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free same-day local delivery within a 5 km radius of our physical store for orders placed by 16:00. Delivery will be made within 3 hours of placing the order, taking care to respect the store's opening hours. Local delivery is available from Monday to Friday and includes one delivery attempt, after which the order must be collected in store.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can collect the order free of charge at our physical store at Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will send you an email notification when your order is ready. To collect the order on Saturday, it must be placed by 18:00 on Friday.
TRACKING'
When the order is shipped, Brubaker Store will send an email with the tracking code and a link where you can follow the shipment's progress.
