How long do I have to make a return?
The free return is guaranteed on the national territory, only on requests for size change or issue of a coupon, for all other requests the shipping costs are charged to the customer. In the case of a return with refund, the shipping of the return will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the value of the refund.
For purchases made outside the national territory, the return shipment is subject to a charge.
