Is it mandatory to register on the site to place an order?

To place an order you don't need to have an account, you can use guest mode checkout, we try to provide our customers with a fast and easy shopping experience.

How do I sign up?

Registration is very simple, just enter your details, an email and create a password in the registration section.

What are the benefits of having a customer account?

You will be able to have a history of your purchases, monitor the status of your order, have a list of your favorite products and always be updated on their availability; you can keep and store your data, delivery details and payments reusing these data for future purchases, thus speeding up the time of purchase for a faster checkout.

I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

To retrieve your password simply enter the login section and click on "forgot your password?". Once you have entered your email address we will send you instructions to reset your password.

What does signing up for the newsletter entail?

By subscribing to the newsletter you will always be updated on new arrivals, promotions and special discounts, you will also receive a discount code of -15% to use on your next purchase.

Is it possible to modify or cancel orders?

If your order is still in preparation you can change or cancel it by contacting customer service at assistenza@brubakerstore.it. Our customer service will be at your complete disposal.

How can I track my package?

When the order will be shipped Brubaker Store will send an e-mail with the tracking code and a link from which you can follow the progress of the shipment.

Is it possible to pick up online orders at the physical store?

Yes, you can pick up your order for free at our physical store in Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will send you an email notification when your order is ready. To pick up your order on Saturday you will need to place it by 18:00 on Friday.

What is the difference between local delivery and local pickup?

We offer free same day local delivery service within a 5km radius of our physical store location for orders placed before 4pm. From the time of order, delivery will be made within 3 hours taking care to respect the opening hours of the store. The local delivery is available from Monday to Friday and provides a single attempt, after which there is a withdrawal in store. We also offer the possibility to pick up the order placed on the site at the location of our physical store, without any shipping cost.

Are the items sold by Brubaker original?

Brubaker is an authorized reseller of all the brands present on the website and in the store. The activity of resale of the brands is governed by a supply contract signed directly with the manufacturers and official distributors for the Italian territory.

How long do I have to make a return?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. For more information visit the Shipping & Returns page

Free returns are guaranteed throughout the country, only on requests for a size change or issue of a coupon voucher, for all other requests the shipping costs are paid by the customer. In the case of a return with refund, the return shipping will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the value of the refund itself.

For purchases made outside the national territory, return shipping is subject to a fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the package in our warehouse and checked that it is intact and that there are no signs of wear and tear, we will issue a refund using the method of payment used to place the order. For more information please visit Shipment & Returns
