Shipping and Returns
Once the order is received, the shipment starts on average within 24/48 hours. The couriers who ship to Brubaker Store are:
In Italy, shipping is free for orders over € 75. For all other orders, shipping follows the following rates:

For all other countries the shipping rate will be calculated directly at check-out.
The delivery of orders in Italy takes place on average within 2/3 working days, in international countries between 2 days and 15 days. There may be delays on public holidays. For disadvantaged areas or islands, delivery may be delayed for a maximum of 7 working days.
Brubaker Store will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the courier delivery service. For this reason, upon delivery of the package, the customer is strongly required to verify that:
- The packaging is intact and therefore there is no damage;
- The sender of the shipment is Brubaker Store s.r.l.
If the package is damaged or does not comply with the standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package from the courier and / or sign the receipt with reserve by contacting customer service as soon as possible at the address firstname.lastname@example.org
Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must reach brubakerstore.it within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date resulting on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Brubaker Store s.r.l is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or delays due to force majeure.
We offer local delivery service free same day within a radius of 5 km from the headquarters of our physical store, for orders placed before 16:00. From the moment of the order, delivery will be made within 3 hours, paying attention to respect the opening hours of the shop. Local delivery is available from Monday to Friday and involves a single attempt, after which in-store pickup is scheduled.
PICKUP IN STORE
It is possible to collect the order for free at the headquarters of our physical store in Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will send you an email notification when your order is ready. To collect the order on Saturday it will be necessary to place it by 18:00 on Friday.
When the order is shipped, Brubaker Store will send an e-mail with the tracking code and a link from which it will be possible to follow the progress of the shipment.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery; remember to include the sales receipt inside the package.
The return is only guaranteed if the product is still inside the original packaging.
You can decide whether to get a refund on the payment method made, receive a voucher to spend in the online store or get a size change. To start the return procedure, we invite you to fill in the following form (Click here).
The free return is guaranteed only on the national territory, for requests to change size, issue of a coupon and refund on the original payment method.
For purchases made outside the national territory the return shipment is subject to a fee. To make the return, simply send the item to:

After making the request on the site in the section "Request a return", you will receive an email / Whatsapp message containing a link through which you can book the collection of the package at home.

You will only have to prepare the shipment and wait for the courier to collect the return.
Once the package has been received in our warehouse and verified that it is intact and that there are no signs of wear from use, we will make the refund through the payment method with which the order was placed.
N.B. It can take up to 10-14 business days for a refund to be issued to the original payment method.
If you have chosen the size change option or to receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will send the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
The coupon vouchers issued are valid and usable exclusively on the online store.
