PAYMENTS

Brubaker Store S.r.l accepts the following payment methods:

- Credit Card: we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. Every payment transaction is processed ensuring maximum security and confidentiality of data. If funds are sufficient to complete the purchase and bank details are valid, the purchase will be processed instantly.

- PayPal: you can make payments with your verified PayPal account. Brubaker Store reserves the right to ship products to the address indicated on the verified PayPal account. Payments for product orders from unverified PayPal accounts will be canceled and consequently not fulfilled by the company.

- Apple Pay: a fast, easy, and secure payment system that allows you to make purchases through your Apple device with a simple tap or facial recognition (face ID).

- Google Pay: an easy and fast payment system that allows you to use the cards stored in your Google account. It has multiple security levels to let you shop while protecting your information from potential risks.

- Bank Transfer: you can make payments via bank transfer. Once the payment is made, the customer is required to send a copy of the payment confirmation within 24 hours.

Products purchased via bank transfer will be set aside and shipped only after the corresponding amounts have been credited to the company’s account.

- To request an invoice for your order, it is MANDATORY to send an email to info@brubakerstore.it with the necessary data to issue the invoice. Otherwise, a FISCAL RECEIPT will be automatically issued.

PROMOTIONAL COUPONS

Customers who have received a promotional coupon to use on brubakerstore.it through a newsletter email, social networks, or approved promotional websites can enter this coupon code during checkout in the designated box.

Each code has a clearly defined validity period; once the usage time limit expires, the coupon’s validity cannot be extended in any way. Promotional coupons cannot be used, except for specifically indicated exceptions, to purchase sale items.

Unless explicitly stated that the coupon can also be used in the physical store, all coupons are valid exclusively for the online store.

RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on Brubaker within 15 days of the delivery date.

SHIPPING

Once the order is received, shipping departs within 24/48 hours on average. The couriers that ship to Brubaker Store are:

  • GLS
  • DHL

In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €75. For all other orders shipping follows the following rates:

For all other countries the shipping rate will be calculated directly at check-out.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery of orders in Italy takes place on average within 2/3 working days, in international countries between 2 days and 15 days. Delays may occur during public holidays. For remote areas or islands, the delivery may be delayed by up to 7 working days.

Brubaker Store will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the couriers' delivery service. For this reason, upon delivery of the package, the customer is strongly required to verify that:

  • The packaging is intact and therefore there is no damage;
  • The sender of the shipment is Brubaker Store s.r.l.

If the package is damaged or does not comply with standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package from the courier and/or sign the receipt with reservation by contacting customer service as soon as possible at assistenza@brubakerstore.it  

Any dispute regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by brubakerstore.it within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date appearing on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

Brubaker Store s.r.l is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or delays due to force majeure.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free same-day local delivery service within a 5km radius of our physical store location, for orders placed before 4pm. From the moment of ordering, delivery will be made within 3 hours, making sure to respect the store opening hours. Local delivery is available from Monday to Friday and involves a single attempt, after which collection in store is expected. 

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

It is possible to collect the order for free at the headquarters of our physical store in Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will notify you via email when your order is ready. To collect your order on Saturday you will need to place it by 6pm on Friday.

 

TRACEABILITY'

When the order is shipped, Brubaker Store will send an email with the tracking code and a link from which it will be possible to follow the progress of the shipment. 

 

MADE

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery (a single return can be made for each purchase); remember to include the sales receipt inside the package.
The return is guaranteed only if the product is still inside the original packaging and if it has all the tags / labels of the manufacturing company.

You can decide whether to get a refund on the payment method you made, receive a voucher to spend in the online store or get a size change. To start the return procedure, we invite you to fill out the following form ( click here ) . 

Free returns are guaranteed only on national territory, for requests to change size or issue a coupon voucher.

For refund requests on the original payment method, shipping costs (€7.00) are paid by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event that, following a return request for size change or issue of refund via coupon code, the customer decides to request a further return for refund on the original payment method, both the 7 €.00 of the shipping costs of the previous return and the €7.00 of the new return shipment (for a total of €14.00).

For purchases made outside the national territory, return shipping is subject to a fee, and amounts to the total shipping costs incurred during the purchase phase by the customer.

After making the request on the site in the "Request a return" section, you will receive an email / Whatsapp message containing a link through which you can book the collection of the package at home.

At this point you can send the package making sure it is intact and well closed to this address:

You will only have to prepare the shipment and wait for the courier to come to collect the return.

Once the package has been received in our warehouse and verified that it is intact and that there are no signs of wear and tear from use, we will issue the refund using the payment method with which the order was placed.

N.B. It may take up to 10-14 business days for a refund to your original payment method to be issued.

If you have chosen the option to change size or to receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will send the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
Coupon vouchers issued are valid and usable exclusively on the online store.
