RETURN
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery (only one return may be made per purchase); remember to include the sales receipt in the package.

Returns are accepted only if the product is still in its original packaging, includes all the manufacturer's tags/labels, and has the return seal attached.
You can choose to receive a refund to the payment method used, receive a voucher to spend in the online store, or exchange the size.
Free returns are guaranteed only within Italy, for requests to exchange sizes or receive a coupon voucher.
For refund requests to the original payment method for orders placed in Italy, shipping costs (€7.00) are the customer's responsibility, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For requests to exchange sizes and receive a refund to the original payment method for orders placed outside Italy, shipping costs (which vary depending on the country of residence) are the customer's responsibility, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For orders placed in Italy, if, after requesting a return for a size exchange or a refund issued as a coupon code, the customer decides to request an additional return for a refund to the original payment method, both the €7.00 shipping cost for the previous return and the €7.00 shipping cost for the new return will be deducted from the refund (for a total of €14.00).
For purchases made outside the country, return shipping is chargeable and amounts to the total shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Once we receive the package at our warehouse and verify that it is intact and shows no signs of wear from use, we will issue a refund using the payment method used to place the order.
N.B. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10-14 working days.
If you chose the option to exchange the size or receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will ship the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
The coupon vouchers issued are valid and can be used exclusively in the online store.

Once your order has been received, it is dispatched within an average of 24/48 hours. The carriers that handle shipments for Brubaker Store are:
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €90 (excluding the major islands). For all other orders, the following rates apply:

DELIVERY
Orders in Italy are delivered within an average of 2/3 working days, and international orders within 2 to 15 days. Delays may occur during holidays. For remote areas or islands, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 working days.
Brubaker Store will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the courier's delivery service. Therefore, upon delivery of the package, the customer must check that:
If the package appears damaged or does not meet standards, the customer is asked not to accept it from the courier and/or to sign for receipt with reservations, and to contact customer service at the following address as soon as possible assistenza@brubakerstore.it
Any complaints regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be submitted to brubakerstore.it no later than 15 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website; otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
Brubaker Store s.r.l. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures and inspections or by force majeure.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free same-day local delivery within a 5 km radius of our physical store for orders placed by 4:00 p.m. Delivery will be made within 3 hours of placing the order, during store opening hours. Local delivery is available Monday through Friday and includes one delivery attempt, after which the order must be collected in store.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can collect your order free of charge from our physical store at Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will email you when your order is ready. To collect your order on Saturday, you must place it by 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
TRACEABILITY'
When the order is shipped, Brubaker Store will send an email with the tracking code and a link where you can follow the shipment's progress.
