RETURN POLICY
You can return any item purchased from Brubaker within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURN
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery (a single return may be made for each purchase); remember to include the sales receipt inside the package.

The return is guaranteed only if the product is still in its original packaging and has all the tags / labels from the manufacturer.
You can choose whether to receive a refund through the payment method used, receive a voucher to spend in the online store, or obtain a size exchange.
Free returns are guaranteed only within the national territory, for size exchange requests or the issue of a coupon voucher.
PFor requests for refunds to the original payment method for orders placed in Italy, shipping costs (€7.00) are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For size exchange requests and refunds to the original payment method for orders placed outside the national territory, shipping costs (which vary according to the country of residence) are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For orders placed in Italy, if, following a return request for a size exchange or a refund issued via coupon code, the customer decides to request an additional return for a refund to the original payment method, both the €7.00 return shipping cost from the previous return and the €7.00 cost of the new return shipment will be deducted from the refund (for a total of €14.00).
For purchases made outside the national territory, return shipping is charged, and equals the total shipping costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase.
Once we have received the package at our warehouse and verified that it is intact and shows no signs of wear from use, we will issue the refund through the payment method used to place the order.
N.B. Issuing a refund to the original payment method may take up to 10-14 business days.
If you chose the size exchange option or to receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will ship the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
The coupon vouchers issued are valid and can be used exclusively on the online store.

Once the order is received, shipping generally begins within 24/48 hours. The couriers used by Brubaker Store for shipments are:

In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €90. For all other orders, shipping follows the rates below:

DELIVERY
Orders delivered in Italy generally arrive within 2/3 business days, while international orders take between 2 and 15 days. Delays may occur during holidays. Delivery to remote areas or islands may be delayed by up to 7 business days.
Brubaker Store will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the couriers' delivery service. Therefore, upon delivery of the package, the customer is strongly advised to check that:
- The packaging is intact and therefore undamaged;
- The shipment sender is Brubaker Store s.r.l.
If the package appears damaged or does not meet the standards, the customer is requested not to accept the package from the courier and/or to sign for receipt with reservation, contacting customer service as soon as possible at assistenza@brubakerstore.it
Any complaint concerning damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must reach brubakerstore.it within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website; otherwise, it cannot be accepted.
Brubaker Store s.r.l. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures and inspections or by force majeure.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free same-day local delivery within a 5 km radius of our physical store for orders placed by 16:00. Delivery will be made within 3 hours of placing the order, while observing the store's opening hours. Local delivery is available from Monday to Friday and includes one delivery attempt, after which the order must be picked up in store.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can pick up your order free of charge at our physical store at Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will email you a notification when your order is ready. To pick up your order on Saturday, you must place it by 18:00 on Friday.
TRACKING'
When the order has been shipped, Brubaker Store will send an email with the tracking code and a link to follow the shipment's progress.
