The unmistakable charm of the Disney world meets Sprayground’s contemporary edge in the Minnie and Daisy Checkers backpack, an exclusive creation that reinterprets two pop culture icons with a streetwear twist. Made entirely from durable PVC, this model features a dynamic checkerboard graphic framing the unmistakable Minnie and Daisy, enhanced by iconic gold zippers with metal hardware and the prestigious "Sprayground Authentic" badge. Designed to ensure maximum efficiency for everyday use, it offers a convenient exterior front zip pocket, side pockets, and a storage pocket lined with soft velvet to protect sunglasses. The interior includes a mesh organizer pocket and a padded laptop compartment, also lined with velvet. RETURN

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery (a single return may be made for each purchase); remember to include the sales receipt inside the package.

The return is guaranteed only if the product is still in its original packaging, has all the manufacturer’s tags/labels, and has the return seal attached.

You can choose whether to receive a refund to the payment method used, receive a voucher to spend in the online store, or request a size change.

Free returns are guaranteed only within the national territory, for requests for a size change or the issue of a coupon voucher.

PFor requests for refunds to the original payment method for orders placed in Italy, shipping costs (€7.00) are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For size-change requests and refunds to the original payment method for orders placed outside the national territory, shipping costs (which vary depending on the country of residence) are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders placed in Italy, if, following a return request for a size change or a refund issued via coupon code, the customer decides to request an additional return for a refund to the original payment method, both the €7.00 return shipping cost for the previous return and the €7.00 cost of the new return shipment will be deducted from the refund (for a total of €14.00).

For purchases made outside the national territory, return shipping is charged and equals the total shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Once we have received the package at our warehouse and verified that it is intact and shows no signs of wear from use, we will issue the refund through the payment method used to place the order.

N.B. Issuing a refund to the original payment method may take up to 10-14 business days.

If you have chosen the option to change the size or receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will ship the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
The coupon vouchers issued are valid and can be used exclusively on the online store.

DELIVERY

Orders in Italy are delivered on average within 2/3 business days, and to international countries within 2 to 15 days. Delays may occur during holidays. For remote areas or islands, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 business days.

Brubaker Store will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the couriers' delivery service. Therefore, upon delivery of the package, the customer is strongly advised to check that:

  • The packaging is intact and therefore there is no damage;
  • The sender of the shipment is Brubaker Store s.r.l.

If the package appears damaged or does not meet the standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package from the courier and/or to sign for receipt with reservation, contacting customer service as soon as possible at the address assistenza@brubakerstore.it  

Any claim regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must reach brubakerstore.it no later than 15 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website; otherwise, it cannot be accepted.

Brubaker Store s.r.l is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and inspections or delays due to force majeure.


LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free same-day local delivery within a 5 km radius of our physical store for orders placed by 16:00. Delivery will take place within 3 hours of placing the order, taking care to observe the store's opening hours. Local delivery is available Monday to Friday and includes one delivery attempt, after which the order must be picked up in store. 


IN-STORE PICKUP

You can pick up the order free of charge at our physical store located at Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will send you an email notification when your order is ready. To pick up the order on Saturday, you must place it by 18:00 on Friday.


TRACKING'

When the order has been shipped, Brubaker Store will send an email with the tracking code and a link where you can track the shipment's progress.
