PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Ambert backpack by K-Way is the ideal solution for those looking for the perfect blend of functional design, durability, and urban style. Designed to accompany you during workdays, study sessions, or short trips around the city, it is made of ripstop nylon with waterproof, water-repellent, and windproof properties. Its structure is designed to last over time, thanks to the expertly applied reinforcement points on the sides and base. Comfort is guaranteed by the padded mesh back panel and adjustable shoulder straps, which ensure optimal weight distribution. The internal organization is the true strength of this model: in addition to the padded laptop compartment, you will find numerous multifunctional compartments to keep every item organized. The exterior is completed by 3 front pockets and 2 side pockets, all easily accessible. The look is finished with the unmistakable white silicone K-Way logo, adding a distinctive touch to an accessory with compact dimensions (42 x 31 x 14 cm) but surprisingly ample capacity.

RETURN

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery (a single return may be made for each purchase); remember to include the sales receipt inside the package.

To start the return process, please complete the following form (click here).

The return is guaranteed only if the product is still in its original packaging, has all the manufacturer’s tags/labels, and has the return seal attached.

You can choose whether to receive a refund to the payment method used, receive a voucher to spend in the online store, or request a size change.

Free returns are guaranteed only within the national territory, for requests for a size change or the issue of a coupon voucher.

PFor requests for refunds to the original payment method for orders placed in Italy, shipping costs (€7.00) are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For size-change requests and refunds to the original payment method for orders placed outside the national territory, shipping costs (which vary depending on the country of residence) are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders placed in Italy, if, following a return request for a size change or a refund issued via coupon code, the customer decides to request an additional return for a refund to the original payment method, both the €7.00 return shipping cost for the previous return and the €7.00 cost of the new return shipment will be deducted from the refund (for a total of €14.00).

For purchases made outside the national territory, return shipping is charged and equals the total shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Once we have received the package at our warehouse and verified that it is intact and shows no signs of wear from use, we will issue the refund through the payment method used to place the order.

N.B. Issuing a refund to the original payment method may take up to 10-14 business days.

If you have chosen the option to change the size or receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will ship the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
The coupon vouchers issued are valid and can be used exclusively on the online store.
